Abstract

The stagnant organization in the society which is changing by leaps and bound will b threatened in its existance.
It is the time for the nursing administration division to face to rennovative nursing orgwu.. Zation management involving the concepts of the organization theories.
Theorefore, this study was to identify the concepts and develpoment theories ; Leavitt´s, model, Lewin´s change model of three stages, Lippitt´s change model of seven stages, Greiner´ s change theory fo six stages, and the interated change model by Short.
